How do you convince sales executives to do Scrum

Here's another post on how you can convince management to start with Scrum or to do a specific project using Scrum or Agile methodologies.

This one is targeted to sales managers or marketing executives wanting to launch a product. The post describes how I managed to convinced them by showing them the difference in lead-time and pay-back periods between Scrum and classic (phased development) projects. Details can be found here:
